Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Wonderland Wines. Following are the terms and conditions that
constitute our Shipping Policy. WW ships within only the Continental United States.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy
 

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or
holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow
additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will
contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking
number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
 

Damages
Wonderland Wines is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order
damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
 

Undeliverable Packages

In order to purchase and receive alcohol, you must be the legal drinking age of 21. Therefore, in all cases, someone 21+ must be present to sign for shipments, and an ID may be required upon delivery. FedEx will always make three attempts to deliver your wine shipment. If you miss all three Fedex will charge the merchant a return shipping fee in addition to the original shipping costs. Because of this, packages that are returned to the sender as “undeliverable” are eligible for a partial refund upon request. Your refund total will include the cost of your order minus $25 to cover the returned shipment fee. Wonderland Wines encourages you to ship to a workplace or a location that has someone 21+ available to accept your package during the day.
 

Shipping States for Alcoholic Packages
Due to current alcohol shipping laws, for alcoholic packages currently there is only shipping within Minnesota. All other orders can be shipped anywhere in the continental US.
